Its a very simple and fully secured android app which can manipulate through your favourite browser. All you have to do is first download and install it to your phone, make sure run it through as "portable hotspot" or wirelessly. It's all up to you. After that you'll get a socket address (ip address with port) just copy and run through your favourite browser
